First and foremost you will use your time wisely. On every call you’ll be creating a different part of your “strategic life plan”. We’ll start with a body cleanse and then move on to other categories of your life. You are going to walk away from these eight weeks feeling clear and refreshed both inside and out. And you’ll create a life plan that will continue to motivate you to transform your life well into the future.

Weeks 1 & 2: Cleaning out your insides: You’ll discover how to do a full body seven day nutritional detoxification and cleanse. You’ll get clear and detailed instructions in the body and life cleanse guidebook. Then you’ll do the detox with my guidance and the support of the group.

At the end of the seven to ten day cleanse, you’ll get to announce your results and celebrate with the rest of the group.

Week 3: Cleaning up your exercise routine: You’ll do an activity that will allow you to look at exercise from a whole new perspective. Then you’ll determine what movement you can create in your life that will bring you joy and keep you in shape. You’ll clean out what isn’t working and make room for a plan that works for you. The best part? You’ll have complete support to do your plan consistently over the next six weeks.

Week 4: Cleaning up your priorities to take better care of you: You’ll learn the basics of meditation, visualization and manifesting to create a life that is more fun and balanced. You’ll learn easy ways to check in with yourself to determine how to make decisions that really work for you.

Week 5: Cleaning up your physical space using Feng Shui: Let’s say that the relationships sector of your life is what you are focusing on right now. Using the art of Feng Shui, you’ll choose one area of your physical space that corresponds to helping you create healthy relationships. You’ll get total support and some great guidance on how to clean it up and keep it that way.

Week 6: Cleaning up your time Management and focus: You’ll discover simple ways to keep your healthy life plan. You’ll be able to handle healthy weeknight meals no matter how busy you are, breakfasts no matter how rushed and exercise, no matter how tight your schedule is.

Week 7&8: Creating a Strategic Life Clean-Up Plan: Have you ever felt like you didn’t have control over the activities in your life? Now you will. Then, you’ll put it all together to create a plan that will continue to motivate and inspire you well into the future.
